We are having a major cultural event on September 24th – “Siddendra Yogi Jayanthotsavam and Vaggeyakarotsavam”.
This annual event is an attempt by TCA to preserve and promote the cultural heritage of the Telugu people. We invite all Telugu people and classical music enthusiasts to attend this event and make it a grand success.
At this program we are also seeking participants for singing and dance performances. We are requesting singers for Classical and Semi-Classical songs and dances for Kuchipudi Dance. The theme would be Songs by telugu composers like Annamayya, Kshetrayya, Narayana Theertha, Thyagayya, Ramadasu, etc.

- If interested in participating, please respond latest by September 5th 2011 with all requested information below.
- We highly encourage group performances.
- Total time allotted for the dance performance is maximum 10 minutes and for singing it will be maximum 6 minutes.
- Language of performance should be Telugu or Sanskrit.
- Limit one item per participant as we have to give an opportunity to everyone.
- Selected teams will be notified by Sept 12th.
- Please notify us by Sept 15th if need to withdraw for any reason.
- Entry Selection will be first come basis but the decision of selecting/denying application is up to TCA Executive Committee.
