Following are the guidelines for submitting your entries.
- Entries must be submitted by March 25th 2011.
- We are restricting one entry per person either in group or individual to increase more participation and variety.
- Total time allotted for a group performance is 10 to 12 minutes except skit which is 15 min.
- Individual performances will be restricted to 4 minutes.
- All the items to be performed in Telugu / Sanskrit language only. The items should reflect Telugu culture and heritage. We highly encourage theme based programs appropriate for the event like Ugadi, Telugu Samskruthi, Ruthu Varnana etc.,
- The decision of selecting or denying application is up to TCA Cultural team.
- Selected teams will be notified by April 3rd 2011.
- In case if you need to withdraw your entry for any reason, please inform us by April 8th because we are planning to have a mock run on April 9th or 10th.
- If selected, the participant must provide 2 copies of CDs (1 original & 1 backup) 2 weeks prior to the event for testing sound quality. CDs will be returned after the program. Final details of all items including introduction, and participant names must be received 1 week prior to the event..
- If it’s a skit, a soft copy of skit to be emailed along with the cultural entry form.
- Entries selection would be based upon the following 1. First come basis, 2. Quality and Content 3. Telugu Culture and Heritage.
- Inappropriate item songs / dance like Aaa Ante Amalapuram, Ringa Ringa will not be accepted
- Rules are subject to change and will be notified to the participants in advance.
